2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or washed.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@divinedresses.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it’s damaged or incorrect.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back.
  3. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return it and place a new order.
